Introductory lecture (neuropsychology of resilience)

Thought Awareness and Emotional Intelligence (training cognitive adaptability and flexibility)

Body Awareness (training awareness of body language, use of imagery for athletes + relaxation techniques)

WEEK FOUR

Performance psychology (training awareness and mastering of habits)

WEEK FIVE

Visualization (using mental rehearsal as a means to prepare for optimal performance)
